About me
Xinmei Tian is a Professor in the Department of Electronic Engineering and Information Science at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC).She received her B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the same department in 2005 and 2010, respectively. Her primary research interests include computer vision and machine learning. To date, she has authored over 70 publications in top-tier venues (IEEE/ACM Transactions and CCF-A conferences), garnering over 11,749 Google Scholar citations. She has served as the Principal Investigator for several prestigious projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Excellent Young Scientists Fund, NSFC General Programs, and sub-projects of the National Key R&D Program. Her honors include one First Prize and one Second Prize at the provincial/ministerial level, as well as the CAS (Chinese Academy of Sciences) Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award. He/She is a member of the CAS Youth Innovation Promotion Association and serves on the editorial boards of three SCI-indexed international journals.
